Here's a video showing how to find FDR's 1933 Fireside Chat about the economic Recovery Program. These videos could be helpful when a more visual approach is needed to explain how something works. They might also be useful for some staff training.

RSS - Thing 3
RSS feeds are offered by many government agencies. From the EPA feed, I learned that "The City of Los Angeles has the most Energy Star buildings – structures that use approximately one-third less energy – in the U.S., leading the way with 262 buildings completed as of 2008."

Blogging - Thing 2
Web 2.0 technology does open up new possibilities for communication, but I don't think it can or should replace human interaction.
